REPAIRS AND RETURNS
At HOLLY HOWE COLLECTIONS, we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful, quality, handcrafted jewellery.
We gladly offer exchanges or a credit note (excluding postage fees) on all orders should you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Our credit notes are issued in the form of an online discount code and are valid for a period of 6 months.
Please note we do not issue refunds for a change of mind.

Please note we do not accept returns when:
Items are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, damaged or are sent without original packaging.
Items are returned outside the specified return timeframe
An order includes earrings due to hygienic reasons
An order includes bespoke or custom items
Holly Howe Collections will repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org assistance.
Proof of purchase is required.
Manufacturing faults do not include:
Faults with Gemstones.
Faults with chains.
General wear and tear including rings that have bent out of shape or oxidized. We do provide a cleaning service for jewellery. Please see Care instructions.
